The waiter thinks its okay to wait 40 minutes for your order and that its standart for half empty restaurant in the Netherlands, and thinks its for them to decide if the food is tasty or not.
16€ For Play-Doh undercooked ramen. You can't also come with your own drinks, 3,50 for 330ml cola should be considered a crime. Good thing that two peppermints they provide, (apparently, to forget how their food tastes like) are somehow free.
No discount was provided, strongly urge you not to go there. Trust me, there are restaurants which can provide you food in under 10 minutes which would be way tastier then play doh.
Although the menu included 8 dishes to share between two people, the portions were too small. Most of the food, particularly the sushi, was bland. However, there were two bright spots: the Vietnamese beef salad and the Thai soup were both tasty.
The drinks were on the expensive side, bringing our total to over 50+ euros despite the voucher. We ordered a passion fruit cocktail, but it was so sweet and syrupy that we wondered if it contained any alcohol at all.
The atmosphere felt a bit dated and lackluster; the Christmas decorations (some lights and a bare tree) felt like an afterthought and we're in my opinion unnecessary and distracting. On a positive note, the service was genuinely friendly. Ultimately, a deal should convince you to return for the full price, but based on this experience, I sadly won't be coming back.
